We dispatch your order from our warehouse outside Europe, so delivery takes a little longer than shipping from a German warehouse.

We offer free delivery to Germany and Austria.
Processing and delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–14 days from the date of ordering. This includes one day for processing. We process orders from Monday to Saturday.
Track your parcel
We email your tracking number after dispatch. Follow the link in that email to check your parcel’s progress. If you have a delivery question, contact us with your order number.
Payment options
Available payment methods include Klarna, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay and Mastercard. The options available for your particular order are shown at checkout.
When does the guide arrive?
